Section 1
This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Starlight Inc., a company organized and operating under the laws of the United States ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is administered through FreeFloridaCruise.com, a property of Starlight Inc.

Section 2
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Starlight Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Section 3
The Sweepstakes begins upon launch of FreeFloridaCruise.com and ends on March 1, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, or when 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) valid individual entries have been received, whichever occurs first ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period ends will not be eligible.
Section 4
Online Entry (Internet required): During the Sweepstakes Period, visit FreeFloridaCruise.com, locate the sweepstakes entry form, and complete and submit the form with your full legal name, valid email address, and phone number. Submission of the form constitutes one (1) entry.
Mail-In Entry (No Internet required): To enter without submitting online, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than February 15, 2027 and received no later than March 1, 2027. All mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Limit: One (1) entry per person, per email address, for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household will be disqualified. Automated entries are prohibited.
Section 5
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) complimentary luxury cruise experience arranged by Starlight SLA for the winner and one (1) guest. The prize includes charter transportation as selected by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): up to $4,999.00 USD.
Prize details, including cruise itinerary, departure date, port of departure, vessel type, and duration, are at the sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability. Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. No substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, as well as any expenses not specifically described herein, including but not limited to transportation to the departure point, gratuities, personal expenses, and travel insurance.
Section 6
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative within fourteen (14) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Section 7
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where permitted by law, a Publicity Release (collectively, "Prize Documents") within ten (10) days of the date of notification. Failure to return completed Prize Documents within the required time period, or if Prize Documents are returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
If the potential winner is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Section 8
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Section 9
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Starlight Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.
Section 10
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions.
Section 11
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy practices. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Starlight Inc. for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and, where permitted by applicable law, for future communications regarding Starlight SLA services and promotions. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting jms@starlightinc.com.

To obtain the name of the prize winner (available after March 15, 2027, or fourteen (14) days after the close of the Sweepstakes Period, whichever is later), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the close of the Sweepstakes Period.
